"House Flipping 101" was not a college course at the University of Notre Dame. If it had been, we surely would have taken it. Instead, we learned how to flip houses by trial and error. One month after graduating from college, we flew across the country to live in a new city and begin our new career as real estate investors.
Here, on this website, we keep record of our flip projects and note some of the lessons we've learned along the way. We hope this site can help other aspiring investors shorten their learning curve on the road from real estate rookies to veterans. |
